House to Home Project.
House to Home Project (H2H) is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to provide families restarting their lives after a natural disaster with the basic furnishings that makes a house a home. Created by television professionals, H2H will be recycling furniture used in TV and Film Production in addition to generous donations from furniture companies.
In our first Install Week, November 2008, H2H received 563 pieces of donated furniture and house wares. H2H was able to provide 20 families each with approximately 28 pieces of furniture. H2H was able to provide everything from beds to desks to kitchen tables to over 48 individuals in the New Orleans area.
